BeyondBizTalk is an initiative of Maarg Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through beyondbiztalk.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the assessment form, book a call, or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email address, company name, phone number if you choose to give it, your BizTalk version and estate size, and anything you write in the free-text field.
Please don’t send confidential technical details — server names, credentials, connection strings, partner agreements, or anything covered by an NDA — through the website form. If we start an engagement, we’ll set up a secure channel for that.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. These are used for security and to keep the site working, and are retained for a limited period.
The migration path finder on our homepage runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored anywhere unless you separately choose to contact us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for a conversation about your BizTalk estate
- To provide services if we go on to work together
- To send occasional updates about BizTalk lifecycle dates and migration guidance, where you have asked for them
- To maintain the security and integrity of the site
- To meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — website hosting, email, and customer relationship management — and only to the extent needed to do that work. These providers are bound by contract to protect the information and may not use it for anything else. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless we enter into an engagement, in which case business records are kept for as long as required for contractual, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted
- Object to or restrict how we use it
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that law. Residents of the UK, EU, and other jurisdictions with comparable law have equivalent rights.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@beyondbiztalk.com. We’ll respond within 30 days, and we may need to verify your identity first.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and provide a consent mechanism before any non-essential cookies are set.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
We operate from the United States and work with clients and delivery teams in other countries. If you contact us from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other jurisdictions, which may have different data protection rules than your own.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and we’ll change the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use information you’ve already given us will be notified by email where we have your address.
