These terms govern your use of beyondbiztalk.com, operated by Maarg Ventures LLC (“BeyondBizTalk”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
This site describes our consulting services and publishes general guidance about Microsoft BizTalk Server lifecycle dates and integration modernization. It is marketing and educational material. It is not technical advice for your specific environment, and it does not create a consulting relationship. Engagements begin only under a separate signed agreement.
Accuracy of lifecycle information
We take care to state Microsoft product lifecycle dates accurately and to cite them as published. Those dates are set by Microsoft, not by us, and Microsoft can change them — mainstream support for BizTalk Server 2020 has already been extended once. Always confirm current dates on Microsoft Learn before making planning or budget decisions. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of dates that subsequently change.
The migration path finder
The path finder is a directional tool based on four questions. It produces a general starting point, not an assessment, recommendation, or professional opinion about your environment. A real recommendation requires reading your orchestrations, maps, adapters, and trading partner configuration. Do not make procurement decisions on its output alone.

BizTalk, Azure, Windows Server, SQL Server, and Microsoft are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. MuleSoft and Anypoint are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc. Boomi is a trademark of Boomi, LP. TIBCO is a trademark of Cloud Software Group, Inc. We use these names to describe the platforms we work with. BeyondBizTalk is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a reseller for any of them. We hold no licensing or referral partnerships with MuleSoft, Boomi, or TIBCO, and receive no commission on your platform choice.
Your submissions
When you submit the form or email us, you confirm the information is accurate and that you’re authorised to share it. Please don’t send confidential technical detail, credentials, or material covered by an NDA through the website — we’ll establish a secure channel if we begin an engagement. Information you submit is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, submit false information or another person’s details without their permission, or send automated or bulk submissions through our forms.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by Maarg Ventures LLC. You may read, print, and share pages for your own business evaluation. You may not republish substantial portions commercially without written permission.
Links to other sites
We link to Microsoft documentation, Amazon, and other third-party sites for reference. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeyondBizTalk and Maarg Ventures LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability under a signed consulting agreement is governed by that agreement, not by these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes relating to this site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
